Responsible for the overall well-being of the company and ensuring that the company culture, vision and objectives are intergraded to and beyond the bottom line personnel, responsible for bringing together all the functions and managing the company’s day-to-day business.

• Strategy formulation and implementation
• Sourcing of retailers and strategic partners 
• Interface with retailers and strategic partners to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth
• General running of the business (Involved with all operations until deemed feasible to employ)

Operating Director (Web Technician): To be employed

Responsible for the development and maintenance of the system and ensuring that the latest technology and techniques are employed to create the ultimate user experience.

• Research & Development (R&D)
